3manager is dependent of .NET framework 3.5 and 4.6. In some occasions this requires a restart of the server. As we want to avoid restarting a server during business hours, we ask that the .NET framework is installed in advance of the 3manager installation. To be able to communicate encrypted (port 443) or unencrypted (port 80) both TCP ports must be opened for 3manager. UDP 161 and 162 must be open so that 3manager can communicate internally with printers and Multifunction devices. The installer of 3manager needs remote access and a user with local administration rights to be able to install the DCA (data collector agent).
